Atlantinkatu 8:n sukastoimikunta käsitteli 16.9.2026 kokouksessaan pesuhuoneen käyttöä ja päätti laatia yhteiset ohjeet, joita toivotaan käyttäjien noudattavan.
Ohjeiden tarkoituksena on pesuhuoneessa olevien laitteiden sekä kuivaushuoneiden tehokas ja turvallinen sekä käyttäjilleen tasapuolinen käyttö. Isännöitsijämme on siunannut ohjeet, joiden laatimiseen asukastoimikunnalla on oikeus.

Instructions for Using Laundry Room Equipment and Drying Rooms
At its meeting on September 16, 2026, the Atlantinkatu 8 residents’ committee discussed the use of the laundry room and decided to draft a set of shared guidelines that residents are encouraged to follow.
The purpose of these guidelines is to ensure the efficient, safe, and fair use of the laundry room equipment and drying rooms for all residents. Our property manager has approved the guidelines, which the residents’ committee has the right to draft.
Instructions for booking the washing machine, tumble dryer, and the drying rooms in stairwells A and B are now posted on the walls of the laundry room and the stairwell B drying room.
